The payment methods, amount due and payment instructions shown at checkout apply to your order. Our online checkout currently supports M-PESA. Check the final order summary, including delivery and any applicable taxes, before paying.
Paying for an order
Use the payment details displayed by the website for your order. Keep the order reference and payment confirmation. A payment receipt alone may not immediately update the order status; check the order confirmation page and contact us if the status does not reflect your payment.
Protect your payment information
Never send an M-PESA PIN, account password or one-time verification code through the contact form, email or chat. If someone gives you different payment instructions, verify them using the phone number on our contact page before paying.
Payment problems or changes
If you believe a payment failed, was duplicated or was sent against the wrong order, contact us with the order number and transaction reference. Avoid making another payment until you have checked the first payment's status. For changes to an order, contact the team with its reference.
Refund eligibility and arrangements are governed by the returns policy and terms of service. This guide does not promise a refund time or add a new cancellation period.
