Do not send your password, payment PIN or unnecessary identity documents. We may need to verify your identity before disclosing or changing account information.
Kenya's data-protection framework provides rights to be informed about data use, access personal data, object to processing, and seek correction or deletion of false or misleading data. The circumstances of a request and applicable record-keeping obligations affect what action can be taken.

You can withdraw permission for future optional analytics in Cookie settings. This does not erase order, payment or support records, or undo processing that has already occurred. Contact us if you want help with those records.
