Warranty coverage depends on the product, manufacturer and the terms supplied with your purchase. This page explains how to get help; it does not create a standard warranty period for every item.
Check your coverage
Keep your receipt or order number, the product model and serial number, and any warranty documents. Refer to the product listing, supplied warranty and manufacturer guidance for the coverage period and conditions. Ask us before buying if a listing does not make coverage clear.
Report a problem
Contact our team with your order number, product details and a description of the fault. If useful, include photographs of the issue, but avoid sending passwords or unrelated personal information. We will help you identify the appropriate next step and where the product should be assessed.
Before sending a device for assessment, back up your files and ask the support team how to protect any personal information on it. Do not send a product to an address that has not been confirmed for your case.
Returns and refunds
A warranty enquiry is different from a request to return a purchase. See the existing returns policy for return eligibility and refund terms. Any rights that apply under Kenyan law remain unaffected.
