Product details

The Mecer Vesta 1000 (ME-1000-VU) is a line-interactive UPS that keeps desktop PCs, routers, modems, CCTV units and other small electronics running through power cuts. It delivers 1000VA (600W) from two built-in 12V 9Ah sealed batteries, which gives you time to save your work and shut down safely, with a backup time of up to about 20 minutes at half load. The boost-and-buck AVR (automatic voltage regulator) corrects low and high mains voltage without draining the battery, and built-in surge protection guards your equipment from spikes. Unlike the 650VA and 850VA models, this version includes monitoring software and a standard USB port, so a connected PC can monitor the UPS and shut itself down safely during a long outage. Microprocessor control makes it dependable, and it restarts automatically when the mains returns.
